The program

We will provide a comprehensive overview of servitization, examining market trends, the evolution of Italian instrumental mechanics, and the crucial role of service. We will address the vision of skills and organization, exploring the connection between servitization and digitalization. We will also discuss new paradigms in customer relationships, highlighting opportunities and benefits, with particular attention to the impact on the Green Economy.

In this phase, we will analyze the company’s as-is and focus on the development of business models, evaluating the current state of services and customer needs with your company. We help you identify Service Level Agreement opportunities in your business context, defining appropriate pricing strategies. Work will also be done on the organizational structure, to orient it towards customer service. The final goal is the definition of a potential portfolio of traditional and advanced services.

The “Go Live Servitization” module focuses on moving to the operational phase of servitization, defining the strategy and planning of the defined service portfolio. It includes the selection of the pilot customer, support in defining the Service Level Agreement, and the proposal towards the market and customers.
