Delmet continues to showcase its innovative spirit through an ambitious digital transformation journey with the adoption of Delmet IoT, its own Industrial IoT solution based on MAT.

Beyond visibility on the status of connected machines, monitoring, and analysis of key KPIs, consumables, and machine downtimes, thanks to the “consumable replenishment” module, customers can request materials directly from the application, tracking the order status and receiving automatic suggestions for reorders.

The application also uses Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to offer advanced services such as a virtual assistant and greater efficiency in maintenance activities. The ChatBOT allows users to ask questions in natural language, providing information on manuals, technical support, and application data.

Finally, the “Video Streaming” module enables live and delayed viewing of videos captured by IP cameras, simplifying the identification and resolution of critical situations.
