How to improve Customer Service with Artificial Intelligence
Generative artificial intelligence enhances customer service by automating responses, improving request understanding, and providing real-time personalized support.
At SIMEI Milan 2024, 40Factory supported its Machine Builder clients with a consultancy service focused on effectively communicating the benefits and services enabled by Industrial IoT solutions based on MAT and Wilson.ai technologies.
On October 15, the 30th edition of SIMEI, the International Enological and Bottling Equipment Exhibition, concluded in Milan. This event is a key reference point for the wine & spirits industry, showcasing the latest digital innovations aimed at improving bottling and packaging processes.
During SIMEI 2024, 40Factory supported its Machine Builder clients by assisting their sales teams at their stands. This moment of collaboration marked the final stage of a consultancy journey that began months before the event. The process involved the commercial teams of both 40Factory and its clients in defining an effective go-to-market strategy, designed to communicate the benefits and services enabled by IoT solutions based on MAT and Wilson.ai technologies.
The 40Rocket consultancy service, which guided the Machine Builders, consisted of periodic hybrid meetings (both in-person and remote). These meetings led to the creation of personalized communication materials, the definition of an IoT-based service portfolio, and the optimization of commercial strategies to maximize the visibility of the technological innovations showcased at the stands.
However, our commitment did not stop there: throughout the fair, 40Factory Application Engineers worked alongside clients at their stands, actively assisting the sales teams in presenting the IoT solutions and responding to visitors’ questions.
SIMEI was also a valuable opportunity to showcase 40Factory’s ongoing commitment to promoting innovation in the bottling and packaging industry. During the event, the fourth episode of Connected Machine Heroes was produced. This video reportage format gives voice to companies involved in servitization processes enabled by Industrial IoT and Artificial Intelligence technologies.
The reportage featured interviews with our clients, highlighting how the integration of IoT solutions into their production systems is driving progress and growth in their businesses
Participation in SIMEI 2024 was an ideal platform to showcase the ongoing transformation in the wine & spirits sector. The event provided an opportunity to emphasize how the integration of IoT solutions, such as MAT, and Generative AI, such as Wilson.ai, is revolutionizing production processes, improving operational efficiency, and creating new growth opportunities for companies in the industry. These technologies enable Machine Builders to get closer to their customers, gaining a significant competitive advantage.
A special thanks goes to all those involved in this journey, who believed in the project and its value for our clients.
