Once again this year, we paused for a day. Not to disconnect, but to realign.

The 40Factory Culture Day isn’t a break from work, it’s a key part of it. A day designed to see ourselves from a different perspective, outside the usual pace of projects, deadlines, and daily routines.

We opened up a space for real conversations, where we could share experiences, professional journeys, and personal perspectives. A moment to remind ourselves that what we do every day has real impact, and that each of us contributes, in our own way, to something that goes beyond individual tasks.

Through team games, we tested group dynamics and worked on trust, listening, and collaboration beyond our usual roles.

That’s what team building means to us: a chance to challenge ourselves as a group, understand what works, and see where we can improve. It's a fundamental piece of the way we want to work together.
