40Factory Community Day: our vision, shared with those who believe in it<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Last week, we opened our doors to the community <\/em>for a special event: the 40Factory Community Day<\/strong>. A day designed to bring together clients, partners, and stakeholders with a clear goal in mind: to share the path we\u2019re building, the new developments on the way, and\u2014above all\u2014the vision that drives us to make industry more connected, intelligent, and sustainable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Workshops, dialogue, and collaboration: the heart of the event<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The heart of the day was the four parallel workshops<\/strong>, designed to offer a hands-on, tailored experience based on participants\u2019 interests. In the two technical sessions, we explored the potential of 40Factory technologies: from the practical setup of a Wilson.ai Agent<\/a>, bringing together Wilson\u2019s generative AI with IoT data from the MAT platform, to building personalized dashboards in MAT <\/a>to help visualize operational data more effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, the two strategic workshops focused on business challenges and internal organization. “How to Servitization”<\/em> engaged participants in a practical exercise: starting from a real case study, they worked together to build strong, distinctive digital service offerings. In “Rethinking from Within: A Practical Workshop on Internal Technology Use”<\/em>, working groups tackled how 40Factory technologies can improve internal processes, designing custom bots with Wilson.ai to address real challenges, from onboarding new hires to supporting HR, from managing complex documents to creating quizzes for skills assessment. Four different sessions, one shared goal: creating real, tangible value together.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building the future, together<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The 40Factory Community Day wasn\u2019t just an event: it was a starting point<\/strong>. We walk away energized by the people who believe in innovation, inspired by the ideas that emerged from open dialogue, and with the certainty that the future is not something you build alone, but together with a strong, active community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
