After a careful vendor selection process, FIMI chose MAT from 40Factory <strong>as the platform for developing its digitalization strategy and advanced service sales<\/strong>. From the outset, the approach was to combine MAT\u2019s technological offering with the strategic consulting and training provided by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.40-factory.com\/en\/consulting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">40Rocket<\/a>. This combined approach aims to engage all departments and business functions in the servitization process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Implementation of the Industrial IoT Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>FIMI chose MAT to implement <strong>complete traceability of processed coils<\/strong>, for monitoring production data and telemetry, as well as <strong>in-depth analysis of machine downtime and alarms<\/strong>. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.40-factory.com\/en\/card\/smart-maintenance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Maintenance <\/a>module is used for managing numerous components, with hundreds of customized counters that calculate the useful life by correlating total cuts with wear coefficients based on the material processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.40-factory.com\/en\/card\/health-monitoring\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Health Monitoring<\/a> module has been implemented <strong>to monitor the mechanical health of critical components<\/strong>, such as the winder. In this case, the input data considers the sheet tension, winding speed, and motor status. What problems can be prevented?
