This machine achieves its maximum efficiency thanks to the continuous rotation of the mold on two axes during the heating and cooling phases, a movement that ensures the uniform distribution of material along the mold walls, preventing the formation of voids or irregular thicknesses.<br>Recognizing from the outset the importance of having specialized skills, Persico established a dedicated team to oversee the project and enrolled them in the <strong>training program for aspiring Application Engineers offered by the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.40-factory.com\/en\/consulting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> 40Rocket<\/a> consultancy service<\/strong>. Today, the Persico team is independent in the connection and management of new assets and benefits from the continuous support of 40Factory, with weekly updates and constant communication with the dedicated Application Engineer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Implementation of Its Industrial IoT Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Equipped with their own Industrial IoT solution based on MAT, Persico&#8217;s plants are able to precisely <strong>monitor and control operating parameters<\/strong>, particularly the power and temperatures of the electric resistances located on the mold. They can also<strong> implement a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.40-factory.com\/en\/card\/health-monitoring\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Health Monitoring<\/a> system to check the status of the heating resistances<\/strong>, with a focus on preventive maintenance aimed at maintaining the highest levels of productivity and product quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>With the aim of ensuring a deep knowledge and understanding of the energy consumption of its plants and molds,<strong> Persico uses MAT to monitor and analyze total consumption under all production conditions<\/strong>. This allows the identification of opportunities to reduce waste and energy consumption.
