{"id":6638,"date":"2024-03-11T07:04:32","date_gmt":"2024-03-11T07:04:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.40-factory.com\/case-history\/aida\/"},"modified":"2024-04-29T12:15:50","modified_gmt":"2024-04-29T12:15:50","slug":"aida","status":"publish","type":"case-history","link":"https:\/\/www.40-factory.com\/en\/case-history\/aida\/","title":{"rendered":"AIDA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aida, the IIoT Application from Diemme Filtration based on MAT.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the context of a structured path of digital transformation, Aqseptence needed a reliable and secure tool to understand how the filter press plants, installed around the world, are used in order to optimize their efficiency and provide new value-added services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAida\u201d, the Industrial IoT solution based on MAT technology, is capable of managing all aspects of the connected filter presses: it is possible to monitor the main efficiency KPIs, energy consumption, alarms, the wear state of the filter cloths, as well as identify the causes behind low productivity and the filtration cycles that require more attention; this last feature is supported by the innovative GCA (Golden Cycle Analytics) algorithm, based on machine learning technology, capable of learning from the indications provided by the operators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a second phase of the project, the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) module was integrated.
