Macchi is an international leader in the design and manufacture of plastic film extrusion systems. With over 60 years of experience, it serves diverse markets, including food, medical, industrial, and agricultural packaging.
The challenge
Macchi wanted to monitor the extrusion process in detail while maintaining end customers' temperature profiles, which are critical to the quality of the plastic produced. They needed an IoT solution that could guarantee process visibility without exposing sensitive information.
The solution
