The company

Founded in 1976, the Persico Group is now an Italian multinational operating in the automotive, rotomoulding, and nautical sectors. It designs and manufactures molds, presses, automation lines, and turnkey yachts. Headquartered in Italy, it has production facilities in the USA, Mexico, Germany, and China.

The challenge

Persico wanted to precisely monitor the operating parameters of its systems—specifically, the temperatures and power of the electrical resistances on the mold—and keep energy consumption under control under all production conditions. The goal: identify waste, prevent failures, and help customers achieve their sustainability goals.

The solution

With MAT, Persico systems gain precise control over operating parameters: power and temperature of the electrical resistances on the mold, status of the heating elements, and energy consumption under all production conditions. This data allows us to identify waste, prevent failures, and support customers in achieving their sustainability goals.

The evolution
