The company
Diemme Filtration, part of the multinational Aqseptence Group, is an international leader in the design and production of industrial solid-liquid separation technologies. Founded in 1921, it employs approximately 1,300 people in 29 locations across five continents.
The challenge
The company needed to understand how its filter press systems, installed worldwide, were actually being used. The goal was to optimize their efficiency and develop new value-added services, combining a service-based business model with the traditional machinery supply model.
The solution
40Factory developed AIDA, Diemme Filtration's MAT-based IoT solution, with a two-step approach: first monitoring, then complete maintenance management.
Machine learning algorithm that learns from operator input to identify critical filtration cycles and causes of low productivity.
